Thank you for your interest in the chess team at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School!  Indy Chess is excited to offer this program on Wednesday afternoons beginning January 8, 2025 until May 21, 2025 from 3:10pm to 4:10pm.  The club will not meet on April 2 (spring break).    Students in 1st to 6th grade (exceptions made for kindergarteners who were on the STA CYO team) are eligible to participate.  Students in 7th & 8th grade may participate for free (register below and use coupon code PEERINSTRUCTOR) if willing to be occasional peer instructors for drills in addition to receiving the group lessons.  The cost is $129 per semester and includes workbooks/supplies (scholarships available if on public assistance; just email address below).  Registering siblings?  Use coupon code SIBLING for $25 off total (valid one time).  Questions?  Email info@indychess.org.  The chess club will be taught by USCF-certified chess instructor Mike Chapuran, who also founded Indy Chess and is a St. Thomas Aquinas parent/parishioner.​
