About The Event
This Tuesday Weekly, we will celebrate New Year's Eve a little differently with a QUADS & POT LUCK night!
"Pot luck" means bring a dish to share (bread, fruit tray, chips/salsa, veggies, chili, casserole, brownies, etc.), because we will be enjoying dinner together that last evening of 2024! Paper plates, bowls, napkins, and cups will be provided. Soft drinks/water will be available for $1 cash purchase (or bring your own). Please no alcohol.
The USCF-rated tournament will be divided into QUADS (four players in rating order in a section; you play each of the other players one time). It will still be three rounds with a 25+5 time control. Arrive by 6:15pm. Games affect both USCF regular and quick ratings. Must be a member of USCF to play rated chess (new.uschess.org/join-us-chess).
